Add macros for rendering form grids (#19)

* macros for rendering form grid

I have added two macros for rendering:
The first one is in charge of rendering a row of the form.
The second one renders the whole form.

I have tried to document them and put some usage examples.

* render_form_row works with iterable fields

Macro render_form_row failed with fields that are iterables, like SelectField. This version fixes this issue.

* Doc for of render_form_row and render_grid_form

* tests for render_form_row and render_grid_form.

* Update CHANGES.rst
