Warn if using default loss coefficients with --use-nd

When --loss-coeffs is not provided with --use-nd to pool.py, the search
uses a default coefficient of 1 on each parameter in the loss function.
This default is usually not appropriate, so this commit adds a warning
when using the default coefficients.
