#46 advanced search (#219)

* Initial commit with Blacklight Advanced Search
* Including manual creation of needed styles in a format palatable to webpacker
* Bumping BL dependency to 7.0.1 in order to satisfy BL-advanced-search (closes issue #210 too)
* edismax not dismax
* Enclosing the qf/pf in single quotes was necessary in order for Solr to understand the query, see https://github.com/projectblacklight/blacklight/issues/2020#issuecomment-456133259
* Advanced Search is working properly now
* Overriding the facet display partial from advanced search because 1) it had an undefined local variable error and 2) it was kinda confusing to me display-wise
* Adding in chosen.js
* Updates to the Blacklight Advanced Search facet html as well as adding bootstrap-select for navigating big selects
* Linted, removed all blacklight advanced search gem's sass
* Not sure why yet, but this I had to create two separate title searches because otherwise Solr complained during the basic drop-down search:

* Changing to "Keyword" to be up to the requirements
