Refactor code and tests

Moved checking enum constructor to enum validate function
Moved throwing enum exceptions from exception class to place where they are called
Fixed enum exception stack trace
Added checking constructor name in enum validate function
Removed enum validator test because it cannot be checked in unit test. It is enough tested in integration test in enum.test.js
