feat(reading stats): enable users to see their reading stats (#37)

- add a modal class for the stats
- create fetch endpoints that get the data from the read articles
- update the urls for fetching the stats endpoints
- add the ReadStatsSerializer class to handle the model information
- add the view endpoint that gets all the read stats
- refactor code to make it clean and remove print statements
- write tests for the functionality
