Align prettier settings and eslint (#49)

* Add prettier, husky and lint-staged

* Run `npm run prettier` to format files  - whitespace changes only.

* Husky Update

* Amend tab width

* Rerun prettier across all files

* Replace ^ with ~ in dependencies

* Create Prettier Config

* Rerun prettier - 120 width

* Remove trailing comma for ES6

* Add linter to CI
