[BUG] Fix ID not showing up in clone_description

Since `XMLRPC::Client` will never return symbolized keys from the
server, the call to `existing_bz[:id]` would always return `nil`.

There is already of pattern in this codebase of using `:id.to_s` to
fetch the key, so this simply follows that pattern as well.
