feat(password-reset): Users should be able to reset password via email

* Add a password token generator class method to the JWTAuthentication.
* Add a fetch user class method to the User custom model.
* Add password_reset and password_reset_confirm url to the auth app.
* Add password_reset and password_reset_confirm views to the auth app.
* Add an email_handler helper function to the core package.
* Add Email settings to the settings module
* Add tests for user password reset
