Make hieroglyph start script work and less magical. (#89)

Previously the quickstart script injected some values into the Sphinx
quickstart module and then called `main()`. The quickstart module in
both Sphinx 1.2 and 1.3 splits the functionality into two functions:
`ask` and `generate`. Now hieroglyph handles its own command line, and
then calls those functions, as needed.
