support auto-generated IDs for JPA entity/DTO mapping (#463)

refactored id lookup code within JpaEntityRepositoryBase. For complex DTO mappings with auto-generated IDs, subtypes now have the possiblity to override the mechanism for resource ID retrieval from an entity, as there is no inherent solution working for everything.
