Commit Message

Adds the ability for process calls to return a response, but limits the number of responses returned by _all_ extensions to one. Drops duplicates incase two things implement identical returns. Raises an exception in the instance where two process calls both want to return different responses. Tweaking tests to unregister all plugins after each test.
