Convert computeDSR.js to use an ES6 class structure

* Once all DOM passes are converted over to classes, we can
  create an abstract base class and DRY out some of the code
  in DOMPostProcessor.js

* We'll rename all these files separately in one shot as part
  of that. Renaming while changing seems to confuse git and
  it doesn't follow git history across both the name change
  and the class structure change.

  Once this renaming is done, we'll copy over these files to
  src/Wt2Html/PP/Processors and deleted the old versions.
