feat(profile): Users should be able to create their profiles (#14)

- create a model for holding user profile details
- create a serializer for the user profile
- add a custom renderer for the user profile
- set up route  for retrieving the usr profile
- connect profiles to main configuration file
- update requirements file
- create user update serializer
- create user update endpoint
- refactor tests to use recommended conventions
- Add permission checks
