#3 subject fields (#213)

* Subjects display with hierarchical linking, also adding _show_default partial for displaying lists, as part of #3

* Using sanitize instead of html_safe (thanks @cdmo), and some linting

* Adding subject_display_ssm to fl

* Adding a spec for subjectify helper

* Per @cdmo's suggestion, used options[value] instead of args document for subjectify, changed helper spec accordingly. Also added a fix to show_default partial for displaying values in new lines when using link_to_facet.
