fix: trim dead code and fix changelog

 - some cruft from RNS pr

BREAKING CHANGES: react-notification-system is built-in using and updated

 - the API now supports react hooks via the `useNotify()` function
 - the react-notification-system state was replaced with a redux-style reducer model that can support both redux and react's `useReducer` internal component state.
 - Put a `NotifyProvider` at the top of your app and you're good to go!... ?
