use Semaphore instead of Queue to handle max concurrency
Instead of using a Queue with a limited amout of 'workers' consuming the queue we now limit the amount of concurrent requests to mailchimp using a Semaphore.
This way we can return the result of gather directly which also makes our exception handling work as expected.
