Commit Message

Revamp Travis configuration.

*   Instead of testing all databases on all versions of Perl, add a separate
    "Coverage" stage and test them all there separately.

*   To keep things cleaner, move the setup of Linux & Perl, Vertical,
    Firebird, and Exasol to scripts in the dev directory, which is not
    included in the release, just used for develpment (and testing).

*   Reverse the order in which Perl versions are tested, so that the latest
    version is first, so that is the version that gets inherited and used
    by the Coverage stage.

*   Remove the IRC notification. I don't think anyone relis on it.
