anilibra: remove Py3 incompatible 'ur' literal prefix

There is no need for 'u' literal prefix in this particular case, as it only contains special characters.

As stated in https://docs.python.org/3.7/reference/lexical_analysis.html#strings:
"Given that Python 2.x raw unicode literals behave differently than Python 3.x the 'ur' syntax is not
supported."
