Implement Executions card for TestCase page

- TestCaseRunStatus.icon() is now used to render appropriate icons
  based on status
- the entire tree structure is rendered in a single loop using
  ifchanged, forloop.first and forloop.last conditions!
- tree view rows will expand to reveal reported bugs and comments
- visual clues about bugs and comments
