[guzzle][redis] Allow using non-serializing redis cache with Guzzle

As Guzzle already handles serialization, the cache shouldn't pre-
serialize data. The extend PredisCache is now renamed to
SerializingPredisCache, and the Guzzle service provider has a new
service for `guzzle.cache`, whose actual cache can be defined in
`guzzle.default_cache`.
