chore(package): Bump a major version 'cause it doesn't look like any of my `BREAKING CHANGES:` notes got picked up.

To be fair, it's actually supposed to be `BREAKING CHANGE:` preceded by a couple of newlines, per the [convention](https://github.com/angular/angular/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#footer).

BREAKING CHANGE:
  - ad0f16f - Remove all support for `_rawFilter`.
  - a438cae - Closing #177 implies that we have to re-seed the Posts DynamoDB table manually.
  - 140cd3e - Simplified `createPosts` to not actually return the persisted `Post`s.
