feat(core): Keep track of socket ref/deref in sync with request pool

When a request has been made (over HTTP/1 or HTTP/2 with or without https), the socket will be
unref'd for Nodejs to be able to exit the program (without requiring explicit disconnect). When
sockets are re-used, they are ref'd again.
