Added http handler for graphql requests (#27)

* more traditional directory structure

* added binary to gitignore

* improved configuration of schema and added http endpoints

* query payload comes in as post request

* fleshed out more http tests

* removed graphiql flag from graphql handler

* fixed error in gitignore
