Chore(testing): Set up unit tests infrastructure

* Change script setting from nosetests to python manage.py test
* Add view name parameter to the path() in authentication urls file
* Add and set the TEST_RUNNER property to django_nose
* Remove the namespace keyword argument from project urls file
* Add a tests package to authentication apps
* Install django-nose package
