Enable unit tests in the RPM Spec file

Also simplied the build and install steps, since these where made
slightly complex to avoid building the unit tests (which used to depend
on external svn access for GoogleTest). Now we can safely build
everything.

Note, however, that the %check section is only running the unit tests
currently.  There's an issue, at the moment, where the functional tests
require `pmcd` to be running for `dbmda` to initialise the sample DSO
interfaces.
