chore: upgrade to django 2.1

This commit upgrades Author's Haven Django app
from Django 1.10 to Django 2.1.5. It also does the following:
* it upgrades all dependences.
* it adds a missing JWTAuthentication class. 
* it updates the url convention to what was agreed upon by the team.
* it removes redundant imports
