Fix poor statement ordering. Save 1 loop by initialising at 1, 2.
Evaluating new number_b after adding to total worked for Project Euler
solution as the value that broke the loop was odd (and thus was not
added to the total), but for the test using the first 10 numbers
(ie <90), it is even, and thus was added to total before checked by the
while condition.
