Commit Message

Make mwstew executable and add checks for incorrectly executable files

This makes the command executable (although Composer does that
anyway when it installs bin files, this is still useful when running
from a Git checkout), and adds minus-x checking for incorrectly
executable files (of which there are none).

A small typo in the readme is also fixed.
