pfalconpy/objtype: Keep function type not subclassable. We use a heuristic where types without a constructor can't be subclassed, while with - can. As bytecode function type now can have a costructor, prohibit subclassing it explicitly, to adhere to CPython behavior (and keep existing tests happy). Change-Id: Iea982baa2
