remove dependency on Iterator::Paged

failing its tests due to underlying metaCPAN changes[1] - since we are
just using that as the abstract class, and we override most of the
methods we just add the missing new, next, and reset methods to the
AWS::S3::FileIterator class and no longer have to deal with a upstream
dependency that is probably never going to get fixed

(note that the upstream dependency is also from the same author who i
inherited this distribution from)

bump VERSION and Changes for CPAN release
