Issue #91: WIP feature: Record data stream from client connections by using the --diag-client-recorder command line option. Binary stream from client is buffered to memory and then to disk periodically. Additionally, a new command line tool called `stream_player.js` can be used to read, parse, debug, and transmit the recorded streams back to the server for performance testing or debugging purposes.
