Add attendees' groups' name to their full API lookup
Fixes https://jira.magfest.net/browse/MAGDEV-407. I also added an API call for MIVS teams, though I belatedly realized that using the group name is probably better for TOPS after all -- we don't have a team's presence/non-presence at MAGFest actually mapped to a single column. :(
