Bug(Ratings): Article rating average bug fix
- Refactor the calculation meant for calculating rating average in articleRatings.js file
- Add a where clause to only sum all rating values belonging to a particular article ID
- Add functionalities to get user's ratings
- Handle error that may arise if user tries rating an article which is not in the database
- Rafactor rating codebase
