Reorg (#117)

* fest: export as assertron so that IDE auto import works better.
fest: add falsy, true, truthy

BREAKING CHANGE:
removed `equal()` and `deelEqual()`. Please use nodeJS `assert` or other libraries such as ChaiJS for those.
Removed optional message? in `throws()`.
The `throws()` overload has been reworked. It is working fine but there might have some cases missed.
Renamed `satisfy()` to `satisfies()` to match with other functions.
