pfalconunix/Makefile: Disable building PIE (position-independent executable). It's latest fad of Linux distros to enable PIE in gcc by default. It adds +20% to the executable size, so go back to old good times when there was no PIE by default, and everyone was still happy. Change-Id: I8023a2b63
