Testing for consumers.py and simplified module (#14)

* move everything from predict_client submodule into redis_consumer

* add dict_to_protobuf as dependency and remove the dict_to_protobuf.py file

* move _process and its functions to the `Consumer` parent class

* type safety for field/cuts

* consumers.py all tested except for `grpc_image` function

* Added basic test of utils.predict_response_to_dict, ideally will be replaced by `protobuf_to_dict`
