* remove unused env vars

* updated storage.py from kiosk-redis-consumer

* move `import deepcell` to inside the function in case it is not installed

* configure pytest.ini and travis.yml (with README badges)

* test utils.py and storage.py, 62% total coverage

* remove support for 2.7 as TemporaryDirectory is failing
