OASIS-3928 OASIS-3942

OASIS-3928 add more relevant information to the description field
when triggering travis job via API call. Attempt to link it back
to the job that triggered it.

OASIS-3942 make integration tests run before unit tests to allow
resetting stale build status earlier. Modifications also made to
trigger_fullstack-sdk-compat.sh to reset build status. This adds
GITHUB_TOKEN requirement to job settings for all the *-sdk repos.
