frontend/termbox: Call handleResize early. Fixes #515.

The reason is that otherwise if the timing is just right, tbfe.Show
will be called on the view where it reads out a nil-layout (1) for the
console, meanwhile handleResize initializes it to something
appropriate (2), however the very last thing "show" does is write the
tweaked version of (1) back, which could then overwrite (2).
