* Add notification page. #63

* fix bug: reintroduce route for createnotification #63

* Show only notifications for user

* Apply rubocop autofix

* Fix tests so you are logged in as the user who created the notification

* add explanatory text if no notifications are there to be displayed on notifications index page

* notifiactions icon in header, script is tbd

* adding feature test #66

* Add 1 minute interval that checks for new notifications

* Rubocop autofix

* Fix codefactor issues and remove console.log in javascript
