Flutter stable ci (#37)

* Change flutter channel to stable and try to cache it. Several smaller improvements.

* Fix unexpected EOL.

* Rearrange check for directory.

* Try one version without relying on cache to make it possible to cache flutter.

* Somehow flutter directory was not recognized in PATH

* Env variables were not set.

* Forget env variables...

* Mvoe back to a 'generic' language and try $HOME as root for the directory test.

* Try cached flutter directory for builds.

* Remove sudo entry and minor yaml refactoring.

* Go back to build only on pull-requests and dev and master

* Change to lib32stdc++6
