Commit Message

Cleanup SSE Emitter error handling.

According to javadoc on ResponseBodyEmitter.complete() there is no need
to invoke this on IOExceptions.

Furthermore, according to javadoc on ResponseBodyEmitter.onCompletion(),
this handler is called on both timeouts and errors in addition to
normal completions.
