* avoiding warning message if certain values are empty

* handle missing rss data when finding external id

* improving test coverage

* improved support for polygons

* fixed an edge case with missing geo data

* supporting 'managingEditor' as alternative author now

* defined several alternative properties to cover rss 2.0 and atom 1.0

* supporting link with href attribute now

* supporting generator tag with attributes

* renamed const to avoid confusion with future attributes

* extracting correct data even when attributes present for title, description, summary, content, rights, copyright, generator, guid and id tags

* support for image tag

* supporting multiple category entries now inside the xml parser

* supporting docs tag for feed

* moved support for published and updated dates to all feeds

* support for subtitle

* added more test including timezones

* moved float type conversion rules into postprocessor

* simplified handling list of coordinates

* small refactorings

* restructured xml parser code
