lib: Simplified Orthographic projection.

Simplified latitude/longitude visibility checks by recognizing that
the cosine of incidence angle calculations in the
MaRC::OblateSpheroid::mu0() method could be leveraged by checking if
the returned cosine is greater than or equal to zero.  A value less
than zero indicates the far side of the body.

Refactored common orthrographic projection grid creation code.
