Added lazy initialized SessionStorage

SessionStorage may be instantiated by container or endpoint
factory after processed request triggers instantiation, but
to instantiate objects that depend on it before ServerRequest
is processed (and context will initialize the storage) it is
required to use LazySessionStorage.
