Commit Message

Remove dependency on homeassistant core

Why:

 * we only use the .const.py from hass thus its overkill wanting
   the full dependency chain.

This change addreses the need by:

 * copy homeassistant.const.py from core to hass-cli
 * add any previously indirect dependencies to setup.py
