react: Stop repeating `state: State` from the Component type args.

This pattern is also uncommon in the upstream RN codebase, again
because we already point at the state type in the type arguments to
PureComponent and Flow is able to draw the obvious inference from that.

To make this change, I fixed the two cases of `state: State;` by hand,
then the rest with:

  sed -i 's/state: State/state/' -- $(rg -l 'state: State' src/)
