Add intial `--output=table` support

Why:

 * json/yaml raw dumps are not always the best way to read/process things.

This change addreses the need by:

 * add table output format using tabular
 * every item in a returned result gets processed through a colum, jsonpath
   pair
 * if columns not specified it will just dump a rows of json blobs
 * entity list, toggle, turn_on and turn_off for now are the only one
   having the support.

Example:

```
$ hass-cli --output=table entity toggle light.office_light                                                                                                                  cleanoutput ✭ ✚ ✱
ENTITY                          DESCRIPTION    STATE
------------------------------  -------------  -------
group.office_lights_motionview  office lights  on
light.office_light              Office Light   on
```

Also started making it so default output has the table content,
only if you enable --verbose will lines with info on count be printed.
