Feature steady state transport test (#67)

General:
-Updated Doxyfile with next release number v1.0.0-rc.1
-Update KMC_Lattice submodule to latest master version that has features needed by the steady transport test
-Updated README with feature information about the interfacial energy shift model, site energy import, and the steady transport test
-Updated makefile by adding pgi compiler flag to enable output of compiler warnings
-Updated parameters_default.txt with latest release version number
-Updated parameters_default.txt by adding new parameters for the steady transport test
-Updated CHANGELOG with all changes implemented in the steady transport test feature update

main:
-Updated the version string to v1.0.0-rc.1
-Added results file output for the steady transport test
-Updated Parameters object usage to new format from the updated KMC_Lattice submodule

Site_OSC class:
-Updated class to store the energy directly instead of a pointer and make the energy float type instead of double to save memory

OSC_Sim class:
-Updated all functions to use floats for site energies
-Added new public functions getSteadyEquilibrationEnergy, getSteadyFermiEnergy, getSteadyMobility, and getSteadyTransportEnergy to get the results of the steady transport test
-Added new private member variables Steady_equilibration_energy_sum, Steady_equilibration_time, Transport_energy_weighted_sum, and Transport_energy_sum_of_weights to store data needed to calculate the final steady transport test results
-Added new generateSteadyPolarons function for creating the initial polarons at the beginning of the steady transport test
-Added new updateSteadyData function for updating the steady transport test data variables after each event iteration
-Updated init function to call generateSteadyPolarons function when the steady transport test is enabled
-Updated calculatePolaronEvents function to determine when polarons are crossing the z periodic boundary and adju... (continued)
