2019: Rewrite MCI using acornjs (depends on #116) (#117)

* Rewrite MCI parser in terms of the Source parser

- Use parse to first get the parse tree that's compliant to the estree
spec
- Walk through the resulting parse tree, transforming it to the MCI
spec

* Clean up MCI parser error messages

* Remove now unnecessary build script

* Remove transformers for obsolete syntax

* Fix MemberExpression not taking into account computed

* Improve formatting of transformers a little

* Update snapshot to reflect new lists ([] -> null)
